These processors feature an integrated NPU that delivers up to 36 TOPs (Tera Operations Per Second) of AI acceleration and provides a 1.2x boost in CPU performance. Built with TSMC’s advanced 3nm photolithography, the CPUs offer up to 24 cores and 24 threads. The system supports up to 96 GB of DDR5-6400 memory via dual SODIMM slots and features PCIe Gen5 support, significantly enhancing overall computing power and memory bandwidth for diverse industrial applications. The Nuvo-11000 also offers enhanced energy efficiency, delivering nearly 120% performance while consuming only 80% of the power compared to previous generations. It includes integrated Intel Xe LPG Graphics, Intel vPro/AMT 16.0, and dTPM 2.0.

The Nuvo-11000 series upholds Neousys’ “Rugged DNA” and is specifically engineered for reliable operation in harsh industrial environments. It features a fanless wide-temperature design, allowing continuous operation from -25°C to 70°C. This is maintained even with a 65W CPU when configured as a 35W TDP. The system supports a wide-range DC input from 8V to 48V. Its durability is confirmed by compliance with MIL-STD-810H standards for vibration (Method 514.8, Category 4) and shock (Method 516.8, Procedure I). Additionally, it meets CE/FCC Class A EMC compliance. This robust design, combined with a proven thermal management system, ensures high performance and reliability.
